Briefly tell us about your organization and its work in the Dallas Region.
Arctic IT is a nationwide, veteran-led technology company. We have commercial, tribal, and government clients from Florida to Alaska. Arctic IT has been a Microsoft Gold Partner for more than a decade. We specialize in three areas: (1) ERP solutions; (2) CRM solutions; and (3) Scalable Managed Services, including world-class cyber security protection. We recently expanded to the North Dallas area and look forward to serving the community.
How does your company help other businesses become more effective through digital solutions?

People tend to do business with people they know. The DRC allows us to know more people. We are excited to connect with the heartbeat of Dallas through the DRC.
How has your business changed in the past five years?
Technology changes so rapidly. Threats that dominated the cyber market a few years ago are already obsolete. Arctic IT has invested heavily in security to keep our clients strong and safe. On a more positive note, some amazing capabilities that did not exist in the recent past are now commonplace. Cloud utilization is rapidly accelerating and will continue to do so. Lastly, many SMBs now outsource the management of their IT systems to companies such as Arctic IT due to the economics, enhanced security, overall experience, and reduced risk.
