Casey Rodriguez, Manager, Leadership Programs
The DRC’s Young Professionals is excited to announce our 2020 Virtual Holiday Give Back Challenge. One of our program’s biggest passions is making a difference through service and community involvement in the Dallas Region, and what better time to exemplify that than 2020. This holiday season is the time for us to unite as a community and uplift the people in our region.
Most nonprofit organizations have pivoted to online operations to continue offering their vital services. Missions remain the same, but in the virtual world, it is now easier than ever to give back. From virtual toy drives or Amazon wish lists to online food drives and sponsoring meals with a handwritten note; online giving is endless. Some companies are also still looking for masked, socially distant in-person volunteers for hands-on work.
Below are numerous opportunities available throughout the Dallas Region. Find an organization whose mission is significant to you and be a light in someone’s life this holiday season. A simple act can go a long way.
A special thank you to our service partner, Community Partners of Dallas, for providing holiday giving opportunities in the Dallas Region.
