Casey Rodriguez, Manager, Leadership Programs
The Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC)’s Young Professionals program is proud to announce the graduation of the LEAD YP Class of 2021. The class gathered in-person for the first time on June 17 for a final session and graduation celebration to mark the end of the six-month program.
At the beginning of 2021, these young professionals made a commitment to becoming the best leaders possible and the DRC is proud that they represent our future.
The unprecedented challenges brought forth by the pandemic allowed leaders to emerge and collaborate in ways never done before. LEAD YP class members took the initiative and committed themselves to building their personal and professional skills to create a more inclusive future for the next generation.
LEAD YP is designed for young professionals who are looking to gain a better understanding of their personal leadership style along with new insight into leading and inspiring others throughout their careers. Class members receive training in how to unlock the whole leader; through change, personal branding, and coaching and feedback, utilizing the Predictive Index Behavior Assessment.
Our region, our state, and our nation need inclusive leaders like those represented in this program to help build a strong future. Together, we can make the Dallas Region the best place for all people to live, work, and do business. The DRC is excited to see what’s next in the leadership journey for members of the LEAD YP Class of 2021.
A special thank you to our LEAD YP program sponsor, Arcosa.
