Zoe Halfmann

Vice President, Public Policy

Zoe Halfmann is Vice President of Public Policy at the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), which has been recognized as the National Chamber of the Year. 

Halfmann oversees local policy, infrastructure initiatives, and healthcare policy for the DRC. She works with regional partners to advocate and educate stakeholders on business priorities.  

Prior to joining the public policy team, she spent nearly a decade serving the City of Dallas on its legislative team, and more recently, served as Councilmember Paula Blackmon’s Council Liaison and Policy Advisor. She has also managed a successful general and runoff campaign in a crowded field of candidates.  

Halfmann was just appointed as the District 13 representative on the Public Facilities Corporation and also serves on the Friends of the Northaven Trail Board. She is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She also has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Texas, where she was named a Sumners Scholar. She and her husband live in Dallas with their daughter and two dogs.
