Florence Hosanna, Managing Partner

How does your company help other businesses become more effective?

Our accounts payable solution automates AP payments, eliminates manual processes/reconciliation and reduces fraudulent risk by moving check/ACH/wiring payments to virtual card payments, the most secure payment method today. For companies still manually processing their checks in-house, our team also provides outsourcing services for manual check issuance activities, including printing, stuffing, stamping, and mailing checks, all at no out-of-pocket cost to our clients.

Our On-Demand Pay/ Same-Day-Pay solution is an employee benefit that provides daily pay and digital banking to employees, at no cost to employers and without employers having to change their payroll frequency and timing. On-Demand Pay is proven to help with employees’ financial wellness, thus improving employee satisfaction, attraction, and retention. In a tight labor market with wage parity, on-demand pay can be a competitive differentiator to employers for attraction of labor.

What differentiates your company from others in your industry?

We have designed our compensation structure and business model to be in alignment with our clients. This means that the vast majority of our solutions come at no out-of-pocket cost to our clients. Additionally, we believe in financial inclusion, and thus our On-Demand-Pay solution not only provides On-Demand-Pay, but also provides digital banking services to the unbanked community that has been underserved by traditional banking institutions.
