Meghan Kelley Wehner is Executive Vice President at the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), which has been recognized as the National Chamber of the Year. In her role, Kelley Wehner reports directly to the CEO and provides strategic oversight across Revenue Growth, Business Intelligence, and Member Engagement.

Kelley Wehner’s work is centered on ensuring the DRC delivers best-in-class member services and experiences that drive value for more than 700 companies and their employees throughout the Dallas Region. She helps lead initiatives that connect these companies with the DRC’s strategic priorities — Prosperity & Economic Development; Education, Talent & Workforce; Public Policy; and Quality of Life — while cultivating executive-level relationships and developing creative engagement strategies. Kelley Wehner collaborates closely with the CEO and senior DRC team to align organizational strategy and ensures the DRC always operates with a clear focus on mission and measurable impact.

Under her leadership, Kelley Wehner’s teams focus on creating customized partnership opportunities, maximizing revenue streams, and increasing engagement through membership, sponsorship, branding opportunities, and the Tomorrow Fund — an unrestricted accelerator fund supporting the DRC’s strategic plan.

Kelley Wehner joined the DRC in 2013 as a member of the membership team. During her tenure, she has initiated and strengthened relationships with hundreds of companies of varying sizes and geographic locations, bolstering the chamber’s regional influence. She has played a key role in multiple strategic planning efforts, led the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management system, and helped the DRC win the National Chamber of the Year. Early in her career, she was recognized with multiple lifetime achievement awards for her work in revenue generation, ACCE’s 40 Under 40, as well as national chamber salesperson of the year several times. Kelley Wehner serves on the Junior League of Dallas Advisory Board and Klyde Warren Park Corporate Council.

Prior to joining the DRC, Kelley Wehner worked in marketing and corporate event planning, experiences that helped shape her approach to meaningful member experiences, revenue generation, and relationship management. She is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Kelley Wehner and her husband, Tyler, are Dallas-area natives and are thrilled to raise their three young children in North Texas.
