Jarrad Toussant

Senior Vice President, Education and Workforce

Jarrad Toussant is Senior Vice President of Education and Workforce at the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), which has been recognized as the National Chamber of the Year. 

Toussant oversees the Dallas Thrives initiative, a multi-year strategy that aims to double the number of young adults earning a living wage of $50,000 a year by 2040. Dallas Thrives was first launched in November 2020 by The Commit Partnership and the DRC.  

Toussant also supports several programs created to develop stronger talent pipelines for Dallas-area employers.  

Toussant earned master’s degrees in public administration and business administration from Rutgers University. During that time, he served some of the lowest-income cities in the country. He spent four years as the Development Director for Teach for America New Jersey, three years as Executive Director of Citizen Schools in Newark, and Newark Mayor Cory Booker’s Senior Education Advisor.
