Who should apply, and how many participants are selected?
Talent and HR professionals with decision-making authority who are ready to design and implement talent initiatives at their organizations are welcome to apply. We encourage applications from Directors, Senior Managers and talent leaders at all levels who have the scope and authority to drive change.
Up to 30 participants will be selected for the 2026 cohort, and multiple people from the same organization may apply and participate.
-
What is the Capstone Talent Plan?
The Capstone Talent Plan is a personalized roadmap for addressing a talent challenge at your organization. Throughout the program, you’ll develop SMART goals, identify stakeholders, plan implementation and define how you’ll measure impact. The plan is developed both individually and in collaboration with your assigned group.
You’ll work on your individual Capstone Plan while collaborating with a small group (maximum 6 participants) who are addressing similar talent challenges. Groups will present their collective insights at the final session.
