Join the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Talent Labs, a six-month program designed for senior talent and HR professionals ready to elevate their workforce strategies. Develop actionable plans tailored to your company’s needs with expert guidance and peer collaboration. Upon completion of the program, participants are awarded 8 Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) credits.

Talent Labs will dig into pressing topics to refine and elevate your talent management practices. Our hands-on sessions are focused on critical areas such as building a brand to attract talent, designing a job description and creating an internal culture to retain talent and defining internal pipelines and upskilling programs to develop talent.
