Our hands-on sessions are focused on critical areas such as building a brand to attract talent, designing a job description and creating an internal culture to retain talent, and defining internal pipelines and upskilling programs to develop talent.

In addition to Talent Labs’ six hands-on sessions, you will be charged with developing Talent Management Action Plans to implement within your company – directly addressing your unique opportunities and challenges in talent attraction, retention, or development. You can access one-on-one consulting with Jobs for the Future for support and guidance on adopting your Talent Management Action Plan.
