International Task Force
Supports DRC’s program to raise the Dallas Region’s proﬁle abroad in order to attract international companies, ﬂights, and talent from around the world.
Southern Dallas Task Force
Engages in projects intended to promote Southern Dallas as a business location.
Corporate Recruitment* (Invitation Only)
Assists in the identiﬁcation, assessment, and recruitment of corporate prospects. Members support and provide expertise to the DRC to attract major corporate operations to the Dallas Region.

Education & Workforce Council
Oversees the DRC’s talent and education vision, and supports the objectives and goals of developing a talent pipeline that meets the needs of business.
Talent Attraction Council
Works to market the Dallas Region to attract and retain top talent from around the world.
Public Policy Council
Advises on the DRC’s policy positions on a local, state, and federal level to ensure we are the leading voice on behalf of businesses in North Texas.
Infrastructure Task Force
Develops policies and positions focused on the infrastructure needs of the region. This includes transportation and mobility, water, and energy.
Member Experience Council
Serves to amplify the member experience through dynamic events, and engagement activities. Enhances awareness of the DRC’s impact across the region.
Select group of business professionals representing member companies who have demonstrated a strong commitment and involvement in the DRC.
Top Investors Stewards*
Ensures top investor members are fully engaged and supported in the DRC’s strategic plan through initiating peer discussions.
Leadership programs have additional annual program dues.
Leadership Programs Council* (Invitation Only)
Ensures alignment and partnership across the DRC’s ﬁve leadership programs, which aim to provide the region with an ongoing source of diverse leaders at all levels of business.
Leadership Dallas* (Application Only)
An intensive education program focused on leadership development, critical issues, and creating positive change in the Dallas Region. Applications open in spring.
Leadership Dallas Alumni* (Application Only)
Provides Leadership Dallas graduates the opportunity to stay connected and continue to create positive change in the Dallas Region.
Develops the region’s future leaders by providing ambitious young professionals (ages 22-40) with the opportunity to build networks, serve the community, learn about policy issues, and grow professionally.
Executive Women’s Roundtable* (Application Only)
A professional development and relationship-building organization for executive-level women to discuss the challenges and opportunities in their industries, and broaden professional perspectives. Applications open year-round.
Welcoming New Executives* (Invitation Only)
A leadership program designed for newly relocated or recently promoted senior executives and their signiﬁcant other to make connections and discover the Dallas Region. Exclusive programming includes a two-and-a-half day retreat, welcome receptions, and invitations to sporting and cultural events throughout the year.
Finance & Audit Committee (Invitation Only)
Provides oversight and direction on the ﬁnancial performance of the DRC. Reviews and approves periodic management reports, audited ﬁnancial statements, tax ﬁlings, budgets, and forecasts.
Investment Committee (Invitation Only)
Provides oversight and direction on the investment policies and practices of the DRC. Interacts with the DRC financial advisor, and reviews and approves investment strategies.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (DEI Council)
Provides strategic guidance and resources to improve DEI practices within the DRC, within its members, and throughout the broader Dallas Region.

Please select the council(s) and task force(s) you’re interested in participating in. Requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis when space is available. Special consideration will be given to members with specific skills or expertise in various areas or industry diversity.
