There’s no need to starve your creative side while waiting out the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Dallas Regional Chamber’s Say Yes to Dallas talent attraction campaign has built a microsite that allows visitors to take virtual tours of the region’s arts scene, from the Dallas Museum of Art, to virtual orchestras (from Dallas, Plano, and Irving), to the Dallas Arboretum. The site also includes restaurants that offer take-out options, so visitors can experience a complete virtual night on the town.
“Many people in the Dallas Region have been effectively staying in place for more than a month, to stop the spread of the new coronavirus,” said Milton Grays, Director of Talent Attraction at the Dallas Regional Chamber. “We built this microsite to give people a chance to visit Dallas Region arts and cultural landmarks from their homes, including suggestions for virtually immersive dining experiences.”
That is especially true for Corrientes 348, which offers virtual, 3D tours of the Argentinian steakhouse from the restaurant’s Ross Street entry point. The Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, meanwhile, both offer virtual learning experiences. At the Perot virtual site, visitors can learn about the origin of the human species. The Holocaust museum offers access to scheduled Zoom lectures on the topics such as how to take action following a genocide, and even kid-oriented discussions on the importance of inclusion.

- Beto & Son: Enjoy tortillas made fresh to order and whole cuts of meat butchered and prepared by the chefs. Also sells $40 cocktail kits to go with your order.
- Blue Mesa Grill: Get curbside pickup for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch at all locales.
- Corrientes 348: As mentioned above, Corrientes 348 also has an option on its website to explore the restaurant in 3D.
- Fogo de Chão: Fogo To-Go – Enjoy curbside pickup or contactless free delivery (within a 15-mile radius) of your Argentinean favorites or select ready-to-grill cuts. Fogo is donating 10% of all to-go sales to No Kid Hungry.
