Higher Education

Setting a Higher Academic Standard

Higher Education provides endless opportunities for the people of Dallas to expand their knowledge and prepare for the future. The DRC partners with higher education institutions and community colleges to develop initiatives that create the most qualified candidates to meet the changing demands of the workforce.

To achieve this goal, we:

  • Advocate through our strong legislative presence
  • Organize key higher education leaders to advise on pressing local, state, and national issues impacting higher education outcomes
  • Support community organizations aimed at improving the quality of education in Dallas
  • Partner with higher education institutions to build research capacities and collaborations tied closely with Dallas business leaders through the Texas Research Alliance

For more information about our Higher Education initiatives please contact Elizabeth Caudill at ecaudill@dallaschamber.org or 214.746.6713.
