Talent Attraction

foundations-04To address the workforce needs of our business community, the DRC is launching a new effort to attract top talent in the country to move to the Dallas Region. We will also work to keep local residents and workers here  by encouraging them to dig deeper roots, raise their families, and further invest in their hometown for years to come.

The DRC’s top priorities to attract talent to our region are:

  • Market the region to attract and retain talented workers
  • Enhance the quality of life

Thanks to everyone who participated in the DRC’s Talent Attraction Roundtable events. With your feedback, we will be able to shape our Talent Attraction initiative to bring the right talent to our region. And a special thanks to our sponsors who made the Roundtables possible.
