Jennifer is Senior Vice President of Member Engagement for the Dallas Regional Chamber. In this role, Jennifer leads an internal member engagement team and collaborates with volunteer leadership throughout the business community to provide the resources to support and sustain the DRC’s region-wide programs and initiatives.
Her primary objectives include efforts to foster positive relationships with existing members and optimize their experience, increase corporate investments, and promote membership benefits, events and the DRC’s five leadership development programs. Jennifer and her team also work to increase member participation and retention and identify ways for member companies and community leaders to enhance their success.
Before joining the Dallas Regional Chamber in early 2010, Jennifer gained extensive experience in the chamber industry. She worked as Vice President of Membership & Marketing for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce; Manager of Member Services for the Greater Houston Partnership; Membership Development Director for the Charleston (South Carolina) Metro Chamber of Commerce; and Manager of Membership and Special Projects for the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce.
During her 20-year career with chambers, Jennifer has been active in the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, serving on both the executive committee and board; the National Association of Membership Development, serving on both the executive committee and board; and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as a faculty member for the USCC Institute of Organizational Management.
Jennifer holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. In 2013 she graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management, as well as earned her Certified Chamber Executive designation from ACCE.
She is involved in the community through her service on the boards of the Spring Valley Athletic Association and the St. Patrick Catholic School PTA.
Diana serves as Vice President of Member Engagement and works closely with existing top investors and members to communicate the value of membership, opportunities for engagement in DRC programs and oversees the coordination and asks of the membership to identify potential sponsorship opportunities for all events and programs.
Diana is a graduate from the University of Houston. She has also received her certification in the Institute for Organization Management with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
