For over 20 years, Hilda has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts across the country and in the International Trade Commission. As plaintiff’s counsel, she has represented companies in the enforcement of their patent portfolios, including a semiconductor manufacturer in world-wide litigation against its competitors and a software company in multi-jurisdictional litigation against one of the largest Internet-based retailers.
