DRC DEI Benchmarking Assessment
The Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) is working to make our community the best place in the United States for all people to live, work, and do business. As part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategic priority, we are seeking to learn more about the business community’s approach to DEI to within their respective organizations.
To accomplish that goal, we launched an assessment to provide a baseline data reference point to highlight the work our members are doing to advance DEI. The assessment will give us insight into what’s working and what needs to be adjusted to consistently keep DEI a top priority within the Dallas business community. We plan to repeat this assessment annually to measure progress in the Dallas business community’s DEI efforts.
