DRC Member Spectrum Reach describes its work in the community and involvement in the DRC.

Briefly tell us about your organization and its work in the Dallas Region.

Locally, we have four media sales offices in DFW; Dallas, Frisco, Coppell, and Fort Worth. From television advertising to exciting new possibilities in interactive media and multi-screen solutions, Spectrum Reach’s consultative team brings local advertisers effective and efficient ways to turn cable and digital audiences into their customers.

What can you offer DRC members?

We work with small businesses, Dallas-based advertising agencies, and national companies right here in the Dallas Region. Whether you are a start-up or an established brand, you need to stay relevant and reach your target consumers – and we can help you do that! Spectrum Reach applies insightful research through data-driven products to understand consumer behavior and build targeted, multi-screen media plans customized for each client.

What do you enjoy most about doing business in Dallas?

Dallas has so much to offer from a business perspective. We enjoy being able to work with such vastly different companies on a regular basis and help them achieve their business goals. With big name companies moving into the Dallas Region all of the time, it has really impacted the advertising community here and has challenged the media landscape to evolve.

Why did you decide to become a DRC member?

Being a part of the local business community is vital to business. We became a DRC member to get a better understanding of the business landscape of Dallas. We also want to build relationships with businesses that may have never thought of advertising before.

How has your business changed in the past five years?

In May 2016, Charter Communications merged with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks under the name Spectrum (with the media division named Spectrum Reach) and created the second biggest cable and internet company in the nation. Over these past three years, Spectrum Reach has advanced our capabilities leaps and bounds with new technology to insert ads on streaming platforms and devices, an internal production team with award-winning producers, and the use of our own first-party data to target your advertisements more effectively.

Over the past five years, the advertising industry has dramatically changed as well. With more emphasis than ever on data security and ROI, Spectrum Reach has taken steps to become TAG (Trustworthy Accountability Group) certified and ensure that we create unique marketing solutions for our clients’ individual goals. No two businesses are exactly the same, and your marketing strategy shouldn’t be the same either.
