YP Impact Mentoring Program

Join the Dallas Regional Chamber Young Professionals and serve as a mentor for a student at the Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship Academy (IDEA).

This 10-month commitment enables young professionals to invest in our next generation of youth through meaningful one-on-one relationships with students. YP Impact partners with a Dallas ISD high school to mentor students and build the interpersonal and professional skills they needed to succeed.

Dallas IDEA

YP is partnering with Dallas Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship Academy (IDEA), a choice school in the Dallas Independent School District for grades 9-12. Its mission is to provide students with a customized education so that students can work at a pace that maximizes learning and also provides real world preparation.

Dallas IDEA is unique in that it offers:

  • Personalized education
  • Mentors and internships
  • Next-generation skills

With its unique business focus, Dallas IDEA is a community of innovators challenging assumptions and designing creative solutions one student at a time.
