Welcoming New Executives Program

Are you a senior executive who is new to the DFW business community or know an executive who is? If so, then you know that moving into a new community and assuming new executive responsibilities isn’t easy. As one of the newest senior-level executives to DFW, we invite you to get to know your new home in a unique way.

The DRC’s Welcoming New Executives Program (WNE) is a fast-paced program designed to help newly relocated or newly promoted executives have a memorable and informative transition while they get to know the region. This annual program is eight weeks long and is limited to 20 executives and their spouse/guest.

The program helps you:

  • Learn about the many advantages of living in DFW through experiences that highlight everything from its unlimited business opportunities to its diverse cultural, entertainment, and educational offerings.
  • Connect with DFW’s movers and shakers by networking with the region’s leaders and other executives.
  • Fast-track your readiness to join the business, philanthropic, and political mainstream of DFW.
  • Shorten your learning curve about DFW’s economic, civic, and political structure.

To learn more about WNE, contact Jennifer Schmiel at jschmiel@dallaschamber.org.
