Executive Women’s Roundtable

The Most Powerful Women in Dallas

The Executive Women’s Roundtable (EWR) is a professional development and relationship building organization which brings together executive-level women from various industries and professional disciplines. EWR gives them a forum to discuss business issues and challenges and broaden their professional perspectives.

Throughout the year, EWR comes together for networking receptions, quarterly dinners with educational speakers, and an annual leadership development conference. These events provide the opportunity for EWR members to get to know other top-level executives from around the region and share ideas and best practices on critical issues facing our business community.

  • Represent the Dallas Region’s top level professional businesswomen and business owners
  • Recognize, educate, and connect accomplished women
  • Provide members with the opportunity to build relationships
  • Increase individual business insights and capabilities by sharing ideas and best practices
  • Enhance awareness and understanding of key business and economic issues, as well as educational and political concerns impacting the workplace
  • Promote visibility and leadership opportunities for members within the Dallas Region

EWR helps members take advantage of opportunities, understand the issues, overcome challenges, and achieve more.

Throughout the year, EWR hosts a number of events and activities that give its members a chance to build relationships and share how they address the challenges and they face as they do business in the Dallas Region. At the quarterly meetings, members hear from local and national business leaders and discuss business strategies as a group.

Other EWR activities, such as discussion groups and panels, and our annual leadership conference, help individual members achieve career goals, form strategic relationships with other EWR members, and explore a variety of issues aff¬ecting executive women in leadership positions. EWR Programming includes:

  • Quarterly Meetings
  • Discussion Groups/Panels
  • Annual Leadership Conference
  • Informational Luncheons & Dinners
  • After Hours Receptions
