Board of Directors*
90+ member governing board to oversee the initiatives and activities of the Dallas Regional Chamber. Members are nominated by the membership, selected by the nominating committee nad approved by the membership at the Annual Meeting.
Subset of directors appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them, the Board of Directors. Consists of the Board Chair, Chair-Elect, Past Chairs, and specific leaders of initiatives within the Chamber’s strategic plan.
Finance & Audit Committee
Provides oversight and directions on the financial performance of the Chamber. Reviews and approves quarterly management reports, audited financial statements, tax filings, investments, nad compliance with the financial policies of the Chamber.
Select board members and at-large member representatives who review and select nominations for the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
Reviews and recommends compensation for senior management staff of the Dallas Regional Chamber.
Provides support and guidance to increase visibility of the Chamber and the entire region.
