Employers Recognized by the Dallas Regional Chamber and U.S. Chamber for Workplace Excellence
Workforce development means identifying and addressing critical factors such as transportation, health care, and childcare that enable people to succeed and advance in their careers. A few innovative employers are raising the bar by offering flexibility to employees through flextime, shorter workweeks, teamwork and more accountability.
The Chamber recognizes the importance of outstanding workplace flexibility and the impact it has on a community. Through the DFW Winning Workplaces Award Ceremony, the Chamber was excited to recognize employers that have valued workplace flexibility as a priority in their companies and work environments.
This year’s awards ceremony, honoring the winners of the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility and Dallas Regional Chamber Employer Excellence Award, included a a panel discussion with award finalists addressing current workforce issues and sharing their expertise on human resources development and human capital investment.
