Fran Eichorst

Fran Eichorst is Vice President, Public Affairs and Regional Site Leader for Fidelity Investments Texas Region. She is responsible for government and external community relations, business development support, employee and constituent communications and site business support for the more than 25 Fidelity businesses in Texas.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 1997, Fran was Vice President, Human Resources for Beacon Eye Institute, Inc. Before Beacon, she was with the Southland Corporation (7-Eleven, Inc.) for over 16 years. As Corporate Personnel Manager her responsibilities included human resources for all sites in the United States and Canada as well as corporate relocation, labor relations, and OFCCP and EEO management. Prior to Southland, she served as Personnel Officer for the City of Carbondale, Illinois. She began her career teaching high school in Chicago. Fran received her BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Fran is on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Commission and a Board member and previous Chair of the Center for Nonprofit Management. She serves on the Dallas Citizens Council, Dallas Center for the Performing Arts Foundation President’s Advisory Council, Dallas Regional Chamber Talent, Workforce and Education Committee, Funding Information Center Advisory Board, Leadership Dallas Alumni Advisory Council, Tarrant County College Advisory Committee for the Business Program, The University of North Texas College of Business Advisory Board and The University of Texas at Dallas Development Board. She has served on the Executive Boards of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Dallas Women’s Foundation, as a member of the University of Texas at Arlington Master of Science Human Resources Advisory Council, chaired the Fort Worth Chamber Quality Workforce Committee, and co-chaired the DFW Regional Workforce Leadership Council. She is a graduate of Leadership Dallas 2005 and is currently in the inaugural Leadership North Texas program.
