He is experienced in private equity and venture capital transactions, senior and subordinated debt financings, asset and stock acquisitions, going-private transactions and divestitures, spin-offs, and corporate mergers. He represents public and private companies in public offerings and private placements, advises issuers and investors concerning corporate governance, securities law disclosure and filing requirements, and also is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations.
