Tom is a certified public accountant in Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Tom has worked his entire career in serving manufacturing and distribution companies, including public and private equity owned companies, ranging in size from multi-location companies to multinational corporations. Tom's experience includes significant merger, acquisition, divestiture and spin-off experience and has also has worked with many companies in the IPO and secondary offering processes.
