DFW Population Trends 1970-2030

DFW added just under 1.2 million residents, more than 325 persons
each day, between 1990 and 2000, fueling a growth rate of 29 percent.
This marked the second consecutive decade in which growth bordered
on 1 million or more new residents for the Metroplex.
