education and who will work together with mutual accountability to ensure that all students graduate and succeed in college and/or the global work force.

They are as follows:
- Prepare every child to enter and succeed in
school.
- Ensure that every student subsequently graduates
from high school.
- Insure that every student has the necessary skills and support to access and succeed in college and/or the global work force
