Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility

The Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility is a prestigious, national awards program recognizing exemplary employers that are using flexibility as a talent management tool to enhance workplace effectiveness and contribute to employee success.

The deadline for Dallas, Texas employer applications is May 1, 2009. Winners will be recognized at the DFW winning Workplaces Award Ceremony in August 2009.

Momentum Award

The Momentum Award recognizes companies who have experienced significant job growth and fostered positive economic momentum in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The Momentum Awards are sponsored by Holmes Murphy & Associates.

Categories include: employment growth, corporate location and expansion, community investor and community catalyst. Past recipients include Comerica Bank, Citi, Hunt Oil, FedEx Kinko's and Victory Park.
