WorkforceThe Dallas Regional Chamber's workforce initiative is focused on facilitating local economic development by providing forums and educational opportunities related to workforce development issues; serving as liaison between business, education and government to address and anticipate workforce challenges; proactively partner with the Chamber Education and Leadership Development committees to synergistically address short and long term solutions to workforce requirements; and to work with other businesses and community organizations to synergistically address short and long term goals. |

Global DFWGlobal DFW is an on-going research project designed to help decision-makers understand the region's competitive position in the global economy. Chamber staff, working under the direction of the Economists Council, has completed the first phase of this investigation benchmarking DFW against 20 other metro areas in Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas in five key areas of global competitiveness: Talent, Access, Resources, Business Climate and Quality of Life. |
