Top Area Employers Recognized by the Dallas Regional Chamber and U.S. Chamber

Workforce development means identifying and addressing critical factors such as transportation, health care, and childcare that enable people to succeed and advance in their careers. The Chamber recognizes the importance of outstanding workplace flexibility and the impact it has on a community. Through the DFW Winning Workplaces Award Ceremony, the Chamber is pleased to recognize member companies that have valued workplace flexibility as a priority in their companies and work environments.

This year’s awards ceremony, honoring the winners of the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility and Dallas Regional Chamber Employer Excellence Award, included a panel discussion with award finalists.. Moderated by Harold MacDowell, CEO of TDIndustries, the panel including Scott Knapp of Deloitte LLP, Mitch Paradise of Corgan Associates, Inc. and Harva Dockery of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, addressed current workforce issues and allowed each to share their expertise on human resources development and human capital investment.
