 The Dallas Regional Chamber's International Business Council (IBC) and Chamber staff would like to give a very special thank you to Victor Almeida, the 2007-2008 International Business Council Chair, for his leadership and service. As the Chair, Victor has led the IBC through many noteworthy achievements.
The Chamber appreciates Victor's enthusiastic participation and leadership in the International Business Council, its Committees and initiatives. We are confident that due in part to his efforts, the international business community of the Dallas region will continue to prosper.
The IBC is honored to have worked with Victor and looks forward to his continued involvement in 2009.
 The Chamber and the International Business Council are pleased to introduce the 2009 International Business Council Chair: Frank Roby, Chairman, Concero Global, LLC.
Frank brings a great international perspective to the IBC and his in-depth knowledge and expertise of all facets of Dallas business make him a valuable addition to the International Business Council.
The coming year offers many new opportunities and challenges, yet it is certain that under Frank's guidance the IBC will continue to succeed in the IBC's new and ongoing endeavors.
